♥ Ingredients:
(4 portions)
½ lb wide flat rice noodles (half of a 14 oz package)
½ carrot, peeled
1 stalk bok choy
half a 7 oz can baby corn
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup snow pea
1 squid body (approximately ½ lb)
6 oz sea scallops
4 oz medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
3~4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp ginger, thinly sliced
4 green onions, white part
Marinate:
1 Tbsp dry sherry or cooking wine
½ tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper
1 Tbsp cornstarch or tapioca flour
Sauce:
1 ½ cups vegetable or chicken broth
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp roasted sesame oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp white pepper
1 tsp cornstarch or tapioca flour

♥ Nguyên liệu:
(4 phần ăn)
½ lb hủ tiếu cọng to (½ gói)
½ củ cà rốt, gọt vỏ, cắt dài 2~3 cm, dày vài mm
1 cây cải thìa, rửa sạch, bổ làm tư
½ lon bắp non, cắt bắp non làm đôi
1 cup giá
1 cup đậu hoà lan
1 con mực khoảng ½ lb, làm sạch, xẻ đôi, dùng dao khứa chéo phần thân mực rồi thái miếng vừa ăn
6 oz sò điệp, cắt mỗi sò điệp làm đôi cho mỏng
4 oz tôm loại trung bình, lột vỏ, bỏ đường chỉ đen
3 Tbsp muỗng canh dầu
3~4 tép tỏi, băm nhuyễn
1 Tbsp muỗng canh gừng cắt sợi nhỏ
4 cây hành lá, chỉ dùng phần gốc, cắt nhỏ
Gia vị ướp:
1 Tbsp muỗng canh rượu nấu ăn
½ tsp muỗng cà phê muối
½ tsp muỗng cà phê tiêu trắng
1 Tbsp muỗng canh bột bắp hoặc bột năng
Nước sốt :
1 ½ cups nước dùng gà hoặc nước dùng rau củ
1 Tbsp muỗng canh dầu hào
1 tsp muỗng cà phê dầu mè
1 Tbsp muỗng canh nước tương
½ tsp muỗng cà phê tiêu trắng
1 tsp muỗng cà phê bột bắp hoặc bột năng
